The equipment from Valeport, although incredibly helpful created some problems. Both the TideMaster and the Telemtry system had to be mounted above the highest water level point.
 

this is just some sketches over early concept generation for the capsules. I wanted them to resemble something organic like a seed, so that it would not be so alien in the environment.

 

This work on handle that incorporated a locking feature so that equipment could be accesed for maitanence.

So I began the process of developing a capsule to hold both pieces of equipment, one capsule that would float on the water like a bouy and one the would sit on the ground.
