i decided throught my research that where was a need, for more easily accesable information on flooding. I wanted to develope a system that would give near to realtime, current and local specification on flooding.
This system would give advanced notice on potential flooding in your area, using water loggers to record water level in the water table and in rivers, also in line with MET eireann updates.
The system would give advanced notice to buisinesses and homes in the local area of an impending flood and also give a level, steps to take in response to the warning.
