The capsule is rotational moulded. The method of manufacture is cost effective for the batch production which is needed. It is made in three seperate pieces and joined with a thread fitting and a snap fitting.
There will be two capsules. One for the water table which will sit on the ground, and the other which will float on the water if the river is wide. The capsule which floats will have a expanding foam injected into the wall thickness to help with bouyancy
